The Healthcare Industry User Group (HIUG) is designed to advance the goals and initiatives of similarly aligned entities to best enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of their Oracle Solutions.  HIUG supports dialogue between healthcare professionals and executives to see where the industry is going and what best practices are out there to ensure success.  The HIUG will provide mechanisms for networking, sharing and exchanging experiences; advocate to business partners on areas of common interest; and educate its members.  The HIUG is an independent, customer run organization and is not for profit.

The International Association for Human Resources Management® (IHRIM®) is the link to the unique world of HR information management, system issues, trends, and technology. IHRIM is a central network for its members to gain access and in-depth knowledge about HR information management and system issues, trends, and technology. ArcLight is involved with IHRIM to be at the forefront of knowledge, education, and solutions supporting the Human Resource Information Management community.
