Senior Consultant, Organizational Change Management

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Organizational Change Management Senior Consultant who is looking to expand their career with a growing, dynamic management consulting company. This role will provide HR transformation consulting services to customers and will focus on the people and process side of technology implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Work with ArcLight’s customers to inventory needs, design approaches, and execute tailored Organizational Change Management, Communication, and / or Training campaigns.
• Serve as an industry leading subject matter specialist in change, communications, and training to build trust with teams and project stakeholders.
• Partner with all levels of leadership and employee groups to drive strategic direction and account for critical dependencies.
• Plan, develop, and deliver communication campaigns by writing effectively and with impact, tailoring content to intended audiences.
• Demonstrate strong facilitation skills and proven ability to persuade and influence others in a positive direction.
• Work across multiple projects and handle various priorities at the same time.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, Oracle HCM Cloud, change management, or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or another related field
• Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Comfortable creating training materials including training guides and micro-videos.
• Video production experience, tools a plus, i.e., Camtasia, Clip Champ
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time, can be based anywhere in the United States
• Prosci Certification a plus

The base compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – 140,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The total compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretional quarterly bonus based on performance.
