We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant who is passionate about delivering transformation and change for our customers with Oracle Cloud technology. In this role, your deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Technology will guide client deployments of Oracle Cloud and help clients with the challenges of new technology adoption and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing in-depth understanding and insights on our Oracle HCM client challenges with their data migration, integration, analytics, and extensions
  • Assist with the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of technical tasks in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Engage proactively with ArcLight’s Project Management Office, functional resources, and other internal support teams to improve clients’ implementation experience, delivery results, project profitability and consulting team performance
  • Contribute to ArcLight’s internal process optimization initiatives to continuously improve Arclight’s delivery model in terms of quality, efficacy, and efficiency
  • Advise customers on best practices for ongoing use and maintenance of the platform, unmet support requirements and future value-added services to customer’s HCM Cloud environment

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience and 3+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience completing full lifecycle implementations and upgrades
  • Expertise with the following Oracle Cloud tools: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with PL/SQL, Java, Python, XSL, or equivalent us a plus
  • Experience with Oracle PaaS services including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Experience leading conversion, integration, and extension design and strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Demonstrated success in developing, mentoring, or managing teams remotely comprising functional or technical consultants
  • Proven management of Oracle HCM Cloud deployments and knowledge of HR business processes
  • Possesses comprehensive understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud offerings as well as in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following modules: HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent
  • Accomplished in developing and maintaining client relationships spanning functional managers to the C-Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities
  • Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers

Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – 150,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretional annual or quarterly bonus.
