Furthermore, the Analyze Salary Introduction in Redwood Salary Flows feature allows managers to conduct what-if analyses when determining salary ranges.

A new HCM AI Agent is available to break down Total Compensation Statements. Employees may now ask any clarifying questions to better understand their statements in the Ask Anything chat box. To enable this feature, administrators must create Guided Journeys (Task – Agent).

Users may now build a new Grade Ladders page using the Redwood tool set that combines the Manage Grade Ladders page with the Manage Progression Grade Ladders page. This feature will be further developed in future releases, but for now users can only manage grade ladders or progression grade ladders for grades that include steps.

The new Rates section makes it easier to manage data loaded through the HCM Data Loader and correct any errors.

Users can organize the sequence of grades in the Grades section and associate rate values with steps within the grade.

5. Additional Grade Step Progression Diagnostics

Quick Notes:

Customer-Voted Enhancement

Four new tests have been added to the Grade Step Progression Diagnostics: Assignments with a Grade Ladder and No Grade, Assignments with a Grade Not Valid for the Grade Ladder, Assignments with a Grade and No Step, and Assignment Grade Step Records with a Step Not Valid for the Grade.

The existing Assignment Grade Step Records with Overlapping Effective Dates test has also been updated to feature assignment grade step records where the effective start and end dates overlap with other records. This enhancement improves your ability to identify and correct data errors.
