1. Redwood Experience

The 25A release brings many new Redwood features as well as many enhancements of existing features. One new feature, Updated Security for Employees Feedback Center, updates the security model for the Feedback Center page so that you can control who can give, request, or view feedback. Many new features enhance user experience. Send Notifications About Talent Review Meetings with Calendar Invitations, allows facilitators to create and send calendar invitation notifications.

Editing Goals in Check-ins is a feature that allows employees and managers to edit goal details such as measurements, target outcomes, and tasks, bridging existing functionality with a new Redwood experience.

2. Generative AI

Generative AI is leveraged in many 25B Talent Management enhancements to enhance user experience. One new feature, Gen AI: Summary of Team’s Goals, generates a summary of a team’s goals for managers to view, enhancing a manager’s ability to monitor team performance.

Another feature, Review and Subscribe to Jobs for Position-Based Career Roles, allows employees to explore AI-suggested roles that are based on positions and view their details on the Explore tab of the Opportunity Marketplace application.

3. Redwood: Target Proficiencies and Ratings in the Performance Document

HR users can now enable target proficiencies and performance ratings for Redwood performance documents. Users can view the target proficiencies and performance ratings for competencies, and performance ratings for goals. These ratings are only editable by managers during manager evaluation.

4. Redwood: Create Calendar Meeting Invites for Performance Review Meetings

Managers can create and update a calendar invite for a Review Meeting that will be sent to themselves and their employees. Employees can confirm that the meeting is complete once they have attended the meeting. This feature makes it easy for managers and employees to track their performance review meetings.


5. Assign Goals to Multiple Team Members

When assigning performance or development goals, managers can select multiple team members who are direct reports or dotted line reports for the goal assignment. This feature enhances ease of use for manager goal assignment and can increase team collaboration to meet their goals.
