  1. Redwood Experience
  2. Prevent Accidental Back-out of Scheduled, Unrestricted, and Unrestricted Open Life Events in Bulk
  3. Enable Redwood Experience for the Override Eligibility Page within the Benefits Summary Page
  4. Hide Annual Cost by Plan in the Redwood Benefit Enrollment Pages

1. Redwood Experience

Oracle continues to expand its Redwood service with the 25C release, introducing two configurable enhancements. The Override Eligibility page within the Benefits Summary page receives its own Redwood update with enhanced functionality, while a plan’s annual cost can now be hidden on Redwood Benefit Enrollment pages when configuring a plan.

2. Prevent Accidental Back-out of Scheduled, Unrestricted, and Unrestricted Open Life Events in Bulk

To prevent accidental bulk deletions when using the Back Out Life Events process, a validation is triggered when a Life Event’s status is Voided. In the Back Out Life Events process details, the Estimate of Impacted People field can be set to a certain amount with a 5% variance threshold that will cause the process to error when the actual number of records exceeds it. The default value of this field is 50.

You can now allow initiators to edit document records that are pending approval on the Redwood Document Records page. The default value is set to No.

You can now hide a plan’s annual cost on several Redwood benefits pages, including those within the enrollment guided process, self-service benefits, and the benefits summary. The Hide annual rate field, located in the Additional Configuration page during plan configuration, will show enabled when the rate is hidden in enrollment pages. Additionally, the Benefits Setup Diagnostic and Person Benefits Diagnostic reports will include the new field.

This feature helps ensure organizational compliance policies are maintained and streamlines the user experience by minimizing confusion.
