1. Redwood Experience
Oracle continues to roll out Redwood features to enhance user experience in the 25C Talent Management release. Multiple features enhance the ability to customize pages using Visual Builder Studio. Administrators can hide Feedback About Me tab in the Feedback Center. Administrators can also control the default settings and visibility of feedback-sharing checkboxes during feedback requests. These features allow for a more customized Redwood experience.
2. Generative AI
In the 25C Talent Management release, Oracle continues to roll out features to enhance the use of Generative AI. Managers will be able to see a note detailing the data sources being used to generate AI comments in manager evaluation.

Additionally, there will be a message to notify users when AI Assist is unavailable due to a need for additional information to generate comments.

3. Close, Reopen, and Delete Check-Ins
Quick Notes:
Administrators can now define role actions for a manager and for an employee. These actions include creating, closing, deleting, and reopening a check-in. For HR Specialists, these enhancements allow them to streamline the check-in management process, ensure timely updates, and maintain consistency across the organization.

4. Notification to HR When Feedback is Provided for a Request by HR
Quick Notes:
This feature enables notifications to be sent to HR when general feedback or goal-related feedback is provided in response to an HR request. The notification includes a link to the submitted feedback.

5. Enhancements in All-in-One Evaluations
Quick Notes:
All-in-One evaluations now display minimum and maximum character limits for comments, if configured.

Additionally, managers evaluating performance documents can see individual goal details when item comments or ratings aren’t enabled for them or the employee.
