1. Redwood Experience

Oracle’s 25D Compensation release introduces the introduction of Redwood on numerous Workforce Compensation pages. 25D also gives users the ability to exclude and restrict specific components on Compensation Information Redwood pages. Redwood experience is also available to view Total Compensation Statement Reports.

3. Redwood Experience for Workforce Compensation Landing Page

The manager experience using Workforce Compensation is now supported by the Redwood toolkit. The page is composed of multiple tabs, allowing managers quick access to sections like Budget, Award, Promote, and more. This enhancement promotes the continuous journey into Redwood solutions.

Steps to Enable:
Enable and create the following profile options:

  • ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED
  • ORA_CMP_WORKFORCE_COMPENSATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  • ORA_CMP_WFC_LANDING_PAGE_REDWOOD_ENABLED

4. Simulate Salary Ranges using Adjusted FTE

Users can now utilize the adjusted FTE field on the Simulate Salary Ranges action. 25B released the ability to consider adjusted FTE in salary calculations, but now it is usable in the simulation process. This will be helpful while troubleshooting salary range calculation issues.

5. Total Compensation Statement: Redwood Experience for View Total Compensation Statement Reports

Users can now utilize the View Total Compensation Statement Reports task with Redwood. This once again will allow and encourage adoption of Oracle’s Redwood solution.

Steps to Enable:
Enable the following Profile Options:

  • ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED
  • ORA_CMS_TOTAL_COMPENSATION_STATEMENTS_REDWOOD_ENABLED
