1. Redwood Experience
Oracle has released the Redwood experience for employee events. Employees now have access to the Communications and Events Hub to view and register for available events they may be interested in. Included are Redwood pages/panels for event creation, too.

2. Generative AI
This cycle’s enhancements involving Gen-AI revolve around assistance with presenting awards. When creating recognition messages while creating spot awards or service anniversaries, generative AI is available to help formulate content. The assistant suggests personalized, context-aware messages based on recipient details and other components.

3. View Your Skills Represented as a Spider Chart
Quick Notes:
Users can now view how their skills compare to the target proficiencies for a specific career role in a Spider Chart. The visual enables employees to understand whatever gap may lie between their current skillset and what is desired for a potential role. Inversely, it will show employees where they might be well fit.
Steps to Enable:
- Enable the ORA_HCM_OPP_MARKET_PLACE_CAREER_ROLES Profile Option
- Enable the Know Your Role page in Grow

4. Access Communications and Events in the Hub
Quick Notes:
Employees can now view and interact with all their communications and events relevant to them within the Communications and Events Hub. The Hub is composed of multiple sections, giving them the ability to open and register for upcoming events, as well as search and view recent communications. This landing page will centralize employee communications.
Steps to Enable:
Add the appropriate privileges
- IRC_MANAGE_EMPLOYEE_EVENT
- IRC_MANAGE_ALL_EMPLOYEE_EVENTS


5. Display Description, Business Driver, Business Capability, and Domain on the Rating Guidance and Skill Details Page

Steps to Enable:
- Enable skill attributes within the Skills Settings
Oracle now allows you to control the visibility of the skills attributes on the rating guidance panel and skill details page. This enhancement helps provide additional context about the skill, assisting with appropriately rating it.
