As Principal, Amanda is an experienced professional with over 20 years of Oracle experience. She has designed much of ArcLight’s Business Transformation and Customer Success Strategy. From her start implementing Benefits and Compensation plans in Oracle E-Business Suite to managing full suite implementations and now building the broad relationships necessary for true transformation, Amanda has worked to ensure her customers reach their business goals.
