As the Oracle ERP and EPM Practice Director, Hong helps clients transform their finance and accounting operations. He has demonstrated experience in solution architecture, delivery and support focused on Oracle ERP, EPM and HCM solutions. For more than 29 years, he has been focused on client service delivery – formulating solution roadmaps that resulted in ERP/finance transformations, optimizing and managing his clients’ Oracle solutions, and providing quality assurance and thought leadership.
Prior to ArcLight, Hong was a Managing Director at Accenture with leadership roles include the Oracle Finance and Enterprise Performance Capability Lead, and was the Oracle Tiger Team Leader at IBM. Hong earned his MBA from the Lally School of Management at RPI.
