We are seeking an Oracle EPM Cloud Principal Consultant who is passionate about delivering transformation and change for our Cloud Solutions customers, and to join a growing dynamic consulting company.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands client stakeholder goals and objectives to visualize what success looks like
  • Defines the scope necessary to achieve client goals and objectives
  • Estimates the work effort, time and resources required to deliver the defined scope
  • Helps client align their business with Oracle’s leading industry processes
  • Provides Cloud delivery content for project plan and provides regular updates
  • Effectively communicates with clients up to and including the C-suite
  • Partners with clients to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud (understanding and communicating options and decision rationale)
  • Configures, documents and tests Oracle Cloud solutions, recording appropriate Oracle service requests and working them to closure
  • Identifies risks, evaluate options, and recommend and execute the remediations to avoid project roadblocks
  • Coaches and leads client and ArcLight project resources to complete their tasks with quality
  • Establishes personal brand by meeting or exceeding commitments for schedule and quality
  • Continuously improves ArcLight’s delivery model and assets to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency
  • Grows skills to encompass a broader understanding of Oracle Cloud, and the sales and delivery processes
  • Deepens knowledge and skills in software industry trends, our customer’s industry, and the latest Oracle modules and features
  • Achieves and maintains Oracle Implementation certifications

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 7 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM solutions such as Fusion and Hyperion
  • Must have at least 4 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Financial Consolidation and Close, Planning and Budgeting, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, and Profitability and Cost Management
  • Must have at least 3 years of implementation experience with Essbase
  • Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud with its Financials and HCM modules
  • Experience with Oracle PBCS modules: financials, workforce, capital projects
  • Knowledge of FP&A, financial close, and/or planning/forecasting business processes
  • Project management experience planning implementation activities for Oracle Cloud solutions
  • Functional experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud with direct customer interactions. Hands-on activities you performed included facilitating design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud following Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, providing, and evaluating recommendations to address gaps, completing functional designs, providing Oracle Cloud process guidance and training, and test plans and execution
  • Provides overall implementation support with presenting complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, bug fixes, customer support. Communicate process and application trade-offs and recommendations for specific customer requirements and user stories
  • Wants to work in a creative problem-solving environment with an attention to detail
  • Oracle Certifications in EPM modules
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or its equivalent
  • Able to effectively work in a remote model with customers and peers
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time. Can be based anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

Compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 – 173,000 USD and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretional annual or quarterly bonus.
