Oracle Recruiting Cloud 26B, the Redwood Experience introduces several enhancements focuses on recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and AI- driven capabilities. The Redwood updates in 26B Recruiting Cloud provides a more modern, efficient, and AI – enabled interface.

2. Generative AI

This is a Redwood enhancement that allows recruiters to add interactions and tags to multiple candidates simultaneously from candidates list. It helps save time and improves efficiency during the hiring process.


4. Redwood: A Restrict Updates to Candidate Personal Information

In 26B administrators can configure restrictions on candidate personal information updates such as name, phone number, email and address. This applies across the candidate portal and application, allowing organizations to control who can modify this information.


5. Redwood: A Zoom Authorization Page

In Recruiting Cloud 26B, a new Redwood-based Zoom Authorization page simplifies how recruiters and interviewers authorize their Zoom accounts. Recruiters and interviewers can now authorize their zoom account directly within the Redwood Interface and send out automatic zoom meeting links when scheduling interviews.


6. Redwood: A Job Application AI Overview

The overview tab of a job application now includes an AI – Generated summary of each application, highlighting screening progress, candidate qualifications, uploaded documents, and helping recruiters make faster and effective hiring decisions. The agent answers common questions directly from the recruiting inbox, helping recruiters save time while ensuring consistent and timely communication with candidates.
