  2. Generative AI
  3. Redwood: Specify Weight When Assigning Goals
  4. Automatically Remove Candidates Whose Employment Was Terminated
  5. Redwood: Configure Questionnaire Scoring in Check-Ins
  6. Redwood: Private Goals

1. Redwood Experience

Oracle continues to transition additional pages to Redwood. Some of these features enhance the look and feel of the pages for a more unified Redwood experience, such as Redwood Style For Performance Document Notifications. The 25A Talent Management release also includes many Redwood features that are designed to improve user experience and functionality, such as Character Count Validation For Performance Document Evaluation Comments When Minimum Or Maximum Enabled, which shows character count in comment boxes on performance documents.

2. Generative AI

Oracle furthers their use of AI in Talent Management with several new features that administrators can choose to configure. Users can now explore AI-suggested roles on the Explore page of the Opportunity Marketplace application. Manager evaluations can also use the AI Assist feature for manager evaluations when enabled in Visual Builder Studio.

3. Redwood: Specify Weight When Assigning Goals

Quick Notes:

requires-configurationConfiguration Required

Managers are now able to indicate the importance of each goal assigned to their team by adding the option to specify goal weight. This feature helps to increase transparency between managers and their team surrounding goals and expectations.

4. Automatically Remove Candidates Whose Employment Was Terminated

Quick Notes:

requires-configurationConfiguration Required

Enabling this feature automatically removes employees from any active succession plans upon termination. These candidates will still be visible in the plan history, but they will no longer be listed in the candidate section of the plan. This feature improves the accuracy and automation of succession plans.

5. Redwood: Configure Questionnaire Scoring in Check-Ins

Quick Notes:

requires-configurationConfiguration Required

Administrators can now configure a Redwood Performance check-in template or Touchpoints check-in template to display questionnaire scores. Scores can be made visible to workers and managers, but they can be hidden as well. This increases structure to the assessment of check-in questionnaires.

6. Redwood: Private Goals

Quick Notes:

requires-configurationConfiguration Required

Employees can now create goals that will only be visible to themselves. These goals cannot be shared, assigned, or weighted, and employees will not be able to request feedback. They will not be considered in the minimum or maximum count for goal plans.
