Customer-Voted Enhancement

Archived document records can now be viewed and unarchived within the Archived Document Records page, accessible through the Archived Document Records action under My Client Groups. Searching for a document requires at least one person or document type criteria, and viewing and unarchiving documents requires functional privileges. You can unarchive a single document or multiple documents at a time, allowing you more flexibility and capability when managing documents.

Oracle is discontinuing support for the Allocated Checklist REST resource in Update 25C. Users looking to continue using this resource will need to make the switch over to the Worker Journeys REST resource, which already exists within the application.

6. Ability to Save Transactions in Redwood Employment Processes

Quick Notes:

Requires Configuration

You can now save transactions in several Redwood employment processes:

  • Add Contingent Worker
  • Add Pending Worker
  • Change Assignment
  • Create Work Relationship

The Save function allows you to save your progress within a transaction and come back to it at a later time to either resume or discard it. Once the Save button is enabled, it is available for all steps in the process. This enhances the user experience by greatly increasing multitasking flexibility, as you can now pivot to different tasks as needed and return to these transactions later without losing your progress.

In order to enable this feature for any of the above processes, you must configure it with the Visual Builder Studio (VBS):

  1. Navigate to the corresponding Redwood page > When and why step.
  2. Select the Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio task in the Settings and Actions menu.
  3. Navigate to the Page Properties section.
  4. Locate the Show Save Button property and select the check box to display the button.
