Oracle continues to add Redwood enhancements with each release for HCM Application.  Enriched user experience with the new HCM Data Security Profile UIs including Payroll, Payroll Flow Security profile, and enhanced Redwood HCM Data Role page.

Configure Public Workers Access can be used to determine which public workers are returned when using Oracle Search. This feature will allow user-defined criteria such as job code, position, business units, and other criteria to hide sensitive or non-public workers information. This filter is also applied to the global search and public worker LOVs that use Oracle Search.
