Features in this release are enhancements to existing functionality within the Redwood Oracle ME sphere. Oracle Me in not available in Responsive UI.
2. HCM Communicate: Automatic Numbering for HCM Communicate Campaigns
Quick Notes:
Instead of manually assigning a sequence number to newly created HCM campaigns, configure automatic numbering.
3. Touchpoints Check-in Enhancements – Automatically Download Meeting Invite
Quick Notes:
Once a touchpoints check-in is scheduled, you can now automatically download the ICS file which can be added to the calendar. This feature is available for recurring check-ins as well.
4. Touchpoints Check-in – Enhancements to the Recommended Topics Panel
Quick Notes:
The Recommended Topics area has been renamed to Discussion Topics with suggestions from GenAI based on the employee’s career development. These AI-powered general topics are based on the employee’s job or position, department, job, goals, or other relevant factors.
5. Celebrate – Expanded Award Access for Managers
Quick Notes:
Managers can now send awards beyond their direct reports or their organization encouraging cross-department collaboration and recognition.
