ArcLight Consulting Promotes Amanda Hustedt to Principal
Hustedt to Help Lead Company’s Customer Success Practice
Amanda has over 15 years of Oracle and cloud solutions experience with a proven track record of successfully guiding a project throughout every stage of its lifecycle, including implementation, go-live and post-production support. Aside from ArcLight’s founders, Amanda was the first ever employee to be brought onto the team back in 2013. In her tenure at Arclight, Amanda has served in several strategic leadership roles focused on helping ArcLight enhance its methodology and delivery approaches to truly meet customer goals.
In her most recent role Vice President of Customer Success, Amanda focused rounding out ArcLight’s Day 2 support service offering. With her prior implementation expertise, Amanda was able to bridge between Delivery and Support methodology which truly helped her clients better achieve their business goals.

Amanda is also the head of ArcLight’s Women in Leadership initiative, in which she aims to integrate more women into the fabric of ArcLight’s leadership while providing the support they need to achieve their goals both in and out of the workplace.
“It’s easy to get stuck in the rat race that is the corporate world,” said Amanda. “Having hustle is great – don’t get me wrong — but that doesn’t always equate to how we operate in our personal and family lives. I want to pave the way for more women to obtain leadership positions while making sure they have all the support they need to thrive both at work and at home.”
In her next role as Principal, Amanda said she’s looking to further grow ArcLight’s Customer Success organization to advocate for business solutions and perspectives that help customers navigate the Cloud Technology world.
“I really resonate with the heartbeat of who ArcLight is,” said Amanda. “It’s incredible to be working in a place that fosters individual creativity and collaboration, and I consider myself very lucky to be able to play a part in making that even stronger.”
Amanda currently resides in Indianapolis, IN, with her partner, Brook, and two sons. When not wrangling her four and one year-old boys, she enjoys hiking, good wine and new culinary adventures.
