How has your background impacted your experience as a consultant? I have held various positions (Benefits, HR, Payroll Etc.) with various companies working in different HCM platforms. I have had to adapt and learn quickly throughout my career. This has helped me relate to customers in the challenges they face and take on new challenges as they arise.

What’s a typical workday like for you? It fluctuates quite often, in the past my day consisted of maintaining customer dashboards, Quarterly testing, newsletter work and working tickets. Recently I was put on a project assisting a customer during the homestretch of their implementation.

As part of a team that works 100% virtually, what technology or collaboration tools do you use to make your work life easier? I utilize Outlook to organize myself and Teams for most communication.

What motivates you to wake up and go to work every day? The nuance of my work keeps things interesting and on my toes.

What’s your process? When approaching any task I like to understand the high level objective and then work my way down into the details.
