Supplier creation is enhanced with trusted data from Moody’s, enabling faster and more accurate supplier onboarding, while contract line date changes can now be handled as inline updates in purchase agreements, simplifying contract management. These enhancements support greater efficiency, consistency, and ease of use across procurement operations.

Oracle continues to expand its Generative AI capabilities within Procurement, empowering users with intelligent assistance. The Intake Request Creation Assistant is significantly enhanced, offering improved data accuracy and the ability to handle complex scenarios more efficiently. This AI-driven tool streamlines the capture of procurement needs, reducing manual errors and accelerating the request creation process. Organizations benefit from increased productivity and more precise initial data, fostering a more agile and responsive procurement function.
3. Create suppliers with trusted data from Moody’s

Organizations can now embed trusted data from Moody’s, such as firmographic and risk data, to enrich supplier profiles during supplier creation. Extending Moody’s enrichment to supplier creation helps create supplier profiles with trusted data, reduce manual entry, and improve supplier-data consistency. This feature expands on the existing supplier registration enrichment, powered by the Moody’s Orbis database.
Users can search and select a company using the Moody’s repository and automatically populate mapped supplier attributes while creating a supplier profile. When the supplier is created, additional mapped profile attributes are retrieved and populated in the supplier profile.

Oracle Supply Chain Orchestration now provides supply source recommendations that enable both intra-organizational and inter-organizational material transfers for transfer supply requests originating from Oracle Fusion Cloud Self Service Procurement. This capability allows users to identify optimal supply sources across inventory organizations within the same organization, as well as across different organizations, improving fulfillment flexibility, inventory utilization, and sourcing efficiency.
This helps procurement users find supply sources without needing to determine whether the material can be fulfilled within the same organization or from another organization.

Oracle Supply Chain Orchestration can now automatically route purchase requisitions originating from min-max planning and PAR replenishment through the Oracle Fusion Cloud Self Service Procurement approval workflow. This enhancement streamlines the replenishment process by enabling automated approval routing, improving governance, reducing manual intervention, and ensuring that procurement requests adhere to established approval policies before fulfillment.
This allows preapproved, incomplete, and approval-required requisitions to follow the appropriate processing path, accelerating replenishment processing while preserving established procurement controls.
