2. Generative AI
Generative AI is helping to cut down on document review time and invoice classifications. Key terms in contract documents can be highlighted by Gen AI, negotiation approval documents can have their attachments summarized, invoices that are not covered by invoice classification rules can be automatically classified, and hidden patterns in activity data and Payables invoice data can be discovered to suggest invoice classification rules.
3. Extract Key Terms from Contract Documents Using Generative AI
Quick Notes:
Generative AI will now extract information such as payment terms, renewal dates, jurisdictions, and penalties for early termination from contracts. Administrators can set up prompts that Generative AI uses to extract the key terms. Each prompt can be assigned as active or inactive for a document.

4. Spend Classification
Quick Notes:
The spend classification process will now utilize generative AI to classify all business transactions. Review and revise the results if required to use the combined capabilities of generative AI and supervised learning.
Generative AI will also suggest business rules to assign revised categories for spend data. You can also use your trained data to allow AI to identify and extract patterns that can be converted to suggestions for new rules. Review and activate the AI suggested rules to improve your classification results.
5. Summarize Negotiation Approval Attachments with Generative AI
Quick Notes:
Generative AI analyzes the supporting document content of negotiations for approvals to create a summary and extract key information. Negotiation approves can review the autogenerated attachment summaries on the approval notification.
