1. Redwood Experience

Oracle continues to add Redwood enhancements with each release for Compensation. These enhancements include Redwood Salary and Individual Compensation experience for Local and Global Transfer. Currency Switcher is introduced in Redwood Compensation pages. There is a feature added to filter assignments in Redwood review proposed progressions and salary updates pages.

2. Redwood Salary Experience for Local & Global Transfer

Quick Notes:

HR and line managers can control whether to copy salary information from the source assignment. The behavior remains the same as the existing responsive pages, with below two exceptions:

  • Need data security access to the source assignment salary for copy to happen.
  • Have an additional profile option that lets you prevent copying salary information from the source assignment.

3. Redwood Experience for Team Compensation

Line managers can enable the page and section along with the Redwood experience. With this re-created Redwood page, you continue your journey into Oracle Redwood solutions. People can pin the actions they most frequently access so those actions appear before unpinned actions.
