1. Redwood Experience

With Oracle’s introduction of key features in this quarter’s release, users will have an enhanced Redwood Experience. These important Time and Labor features have a significant overall impact.

Employees now have a greater flexibility in managing their time within the system. They can edit absence entry attributes on Redwood time cards after saving, allowing you to edit absence durations within the time card. Additionally, employees can view their time cards through the view option in the Actions menu. Users can now access updates and change audit reasons to gain better visibility into the change audit history.


2. Time Card Redwood Approval Notification

The new Redwood BI Publisher template allows for the viewing of approval notifications with enhanced usability improvements, such as font and spacing improvements.


3. Line Manager Redwood Team Change Request Approval Reason

Quick Notes:

Line managers are now able to include an optional or required reason field when approving or rejecting a Team Change Request. This feature allows line managers to explain their reasoning behind their approval or rejection action.


4. Geofences for Web Clock

Quick Notes:

With the refinement of Geofences for Web Clock, users are now able to override the auto populated geolocation to add precise longitude and latitude coordinates. You are also able to set a Radius in Meters value for the location. These enhancements improve overall accuracy of geofences.
