1. Redwood Create a Candidate

The Create Candidate action is now available on all candidate lists: prospects, candidate pool members, candidate search, and event audience. When you create candidates in a prospect or event context, candidates are automatically invited to apply to the job requisition or register for the event.
2. Redwood Create a Job Requisition

Take advantage of the Redwood job requisition creation flow used for initiating and creating job requisitions, that has been recreated in the Redwood toolset called Visual Builder Studio (VBS). The New Job Requisition flow starts with the How to start section where users select how they want to create the job requisition (Template, Position, Job, Existing Requisition, or Blank Requisition). Based on their selection, more fields are displayed.
3. Redwood Job Applications Details Page

When the Redwood profile options are enabled, you’ll see the new Redwood job application details page. The job application has been redesigned to streamline the review and management of candidates through the candidate selection process. There are fewer tabs to navigate through and information is more logically grouped to show all the information and attachments provided by the candidate on the Details tab and all internal information on the Activity tab.
4. Redwood Experience: Job Applications List Page

When the Redwood profile option is enabled, upon clicking into the job applications list page, you’ll see the new Redwood job applications list.
With the Redwood list, you can:
- Search for job applications and filter results. Selected filters are displayed as chips.
- Sort the list of job applications using sorting criteria in the Sort By menu.
- View details about a job application by clicking on it.
- Take action on one or several job applications. The frequently used actions are displayed as buttons above the list. Bulk actions are processed asynchronously when you select more than 10 job applications. A message informs you when an action will be processed asynchronously instead of in real time.
- Select a view to display specific information about job applications.
- Click the back arrow to navigate back to the previous page.
5. Express Apply – Candidate Experience

The 25A Express Apply feature helps candidates quickly import their profile information to job application form fields. This is a new way in which the application form can be displayed to the candidates. When this feature is enabled, the application form has a more modern look and feel than those of the standard apply flow.
