1. Redwood Experience
Redwood offers a modern, intuitive and personalized interface that simplifies navigation and reduces training time for users. The consistent design across all HCM modules ensures a streamless experience for HR professionals, managers, and employees. Consider moving to Redwood in 25B to enhance efficiency, security, and user experience while leveraging AI-driven automation and future technology. It’s a smart strategic upgrade that positions businesses for long-term success in the evolving world of HR technology.
2. Recruiting and Candidate Experience
In 25B update, new enhancements have been introduced to the recruiting module, focusing on improving candidate experience, streamlining administrative processes, and enhancing integration capabilities. These enhancements in 25B aim to provide more intuitive and efficient recruiting experience, leveraging Oracle’s design principles and offering greater control over recruitment activities.
3. Redwood Experience: Candidate Duplicate Check
Quick Notes:
The 25B Redwood Candidates Check & Merge enhances the recruiting process by automatically identifying and flagging potential duplicate candidate records. You can determine duplicates by comparing different identifiers like SSN, name, Address etc. This feature helps organizations maintain data integrity, improve recruiter efficiency and create more seamless hiring experience.

4. Redwood Experience: Copy Offer Batch Action
Quick Notes:
When Redwood profiles options are enabled, you can now copy Offers from the actions drop down and create multiple job offers for different applicants. You can make edits to the copied offer before sending it to others. This feature will help users save time and bring efficiency by creating multiple job offers from an existing job offer.

5. Redwood Experience: Favorite Job Applications
Quick Notes:
You can mark a job application as your favorite by selecting the star icon on the job applications list page or by selecting the Add to Favorites action in the job application details page. You will be able to only see your candidates who you marked as a favorite. The favorite action is requisition specifically, so you won’t see that candidate as a favorite on other requisitions or in other candidate contexts.

6. Recruiting Booster: Redwood Experience: Manage Candidate Communications Using a Centralized Messaging Hub
Quick Notes:
The Centralized Messaging Hub streamlines candidate communication by consolidating all messages into a single, easy-to-access location. This enhancement ensures a more seamless and professional candidate experience while increasing recruiter productivity.

7. Access to Career Site Administration
Quick Notes:
As an Admin now you can give access to the Career Site Configuration without giving access to Setup and Maintenance. Users can perform all the same functions as someone with Career Site Admin rights, but there is no back button to take them to other areas of the Setup and Maintenance work area. This helps with security issues.

8. Expiration Date Enhancements in Job Offers
Quick Notes:
As an Admin you can now restrict candidates from accepting or declining their offer after the expiration date has expired. Candidates can’t respond to the Job Offer after the offer date has expired. Recruiters will need to re-extend the candidate’s offer once the expiration date has passed. New notifications are now in Alert Composer for Offer Expiration dates and Re-extending offers.
