Solution Architect, Oracle Cloud Payroll

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Oracle Cloud Solution Architect with Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management module experience. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our clients’ transformation journeys, focus on project delivery and management, and building the right architecture for the customer. Your deep knowledge of Payroll operations and processes will guide clients’ deployments of Oracle HCM Cloud and help clients with the challenges of new technology adoption, exceeding their expectations. You’ll work closely with our diverse, dynamic team to deliver Oracle solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on Oracle Payroll, Oracle Absence, and Oracle Time & Labor business processes
- Hands-on configuration working with functional set up across Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor modules and integrating with Oracle Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor
- Design and execution of implementation and testing, executive and internal communications, and the ability to work independently
- Develop work plan, follow, and deliver in line with Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor Implementation Roadmap and Methodology
- Lead groups in business process reengineering & Arclight best practices.
- Provide inputs to the Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan and buy-in from key client stakeholders
- Lead business process prototype workshop and requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions
- Support the implementation of the technical and functional work stream
- Responsible for successful testing of developed solutions including User Acceptance Testing and working with the users to validate the solution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor
- Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing customer and systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions
- Ability to work with the functional and technical team members to accurately document requirements, create functional design strategies, and facilitate testing for technical integration
- Experience and knowledge of Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor processes
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time, can be based anywhere in the U.S. and/or Canada

Compensation for this position ranges from $160,000 – $200,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretional annual or quarterly bonus.
