  4. Changes Only Extracts Process Diagnostics Report
  5. Security Changes for Manage Elements

1. Redwood Experience

Quick Notes:

Oracle is rolling out the Redwood Quick Actions Page. You can use this to quickly evaluate the new Redwood pages without having to enable or disable the Redwood profile options. This page will help simplify the Redwood implementation process so you can start testing those pages as soon as they are released.

2. Data Set Processing

Quick Notes:

You can now initiate the Load, Roll Back, and Extended Retention operations in the Import and Load Data UI for an entire data set. This enhancement allows you to request an extension of the staging table retention period for data sets that include objects that support being rolled back.

3. BIP Report for Purge Recommendations

Quick Notes:

A new BIP report will display the top 20 storage-consuming extracts and basic recommendations for purging to free up space and improve the runtime, operation, and efficiency of your system.

4. Changes Only Extracts Process Diagnostics Report

Quick Notes:

A New Changes Only mode in diagnostic reports is available to use to debug incremental extract changes. This report generates the status of the data and compares it with the baseline data from prior runs. It will also identify any new modifications on your extracts.

5. Security Changes for Manage Elements

Quick Notes:

Use the new Manage Payroll Element aggregate privilege to secure access to the Manage Elements page. If you are currently using a custom job role review your current custom security roles and ensure that your Manage Element page does not get disrupted.
