Oracle continues to add Redwood enhancements with each release for Compensation. These enhancements include using the Reviewed Proposed Progressions and Salary Updates detail pages, Grades and Grade Rates in Compensation, Simulate Salary Range page. You can also now let employees, line managers, and compensation managers use stock-type individual compensation plans on the Redwood Individual Compensation, Administer Compensation, and Personal Contribution pages. Lastly, you can now use business rule to extend the Redwood View Compensation History page.


2. View-Only Individual Compensation Role for Approver

You can now allow approvers to view individual compensation details in BI Publisher without needing to manager privileges or granting them access to manage personal contribution, individual compensation, or administer individual compensation.


3. New Data Security Profile for Global Models
