1. Redwood Experience

Oracle continues to add Redwood enhancements with each release for the employee and team timecards, the majority requiring configuration. Three-time card pages offer exciting Redwood features that are ready for use:
You can open your time cards using the row-level Edit action or by clicking the period start date link. If you aren’t allowed to edit your time cards, the time cards open in read-only mode. Available in the Existing Timecards and Team Timecards page.
Various new enhancements to the employee Timecards page providing more information for the employee around absences, warnings, errors etc.
2. Attestation Enhancements
Quick Notes:
Managers can now save, submit and approve time cards without having to wait for workers to submit pending attestations. Any unanswered attestations remain pending on the time card until the worker submits it. And workers still can’t submit time cards with pending attestations.
3. Geofencing for Web Clock Introduction
Quick Notes:
The Web Clock can now be configured to add geofencing around employee punches to trigger either of the below two actions when an employee punches outside of their geofencing
- Record and report: Allows the employee to record the punch without exception, but will alert their manager
- Restrict: Will not allow the employee to record their geofencing
4. Automatic Addition of On-Call Shifts on Timecards

You can now default an on-call time type for whenever a time card for a period where an employee is assigned and on-call shift is created.
